It's a 4 speed with no heater and front drum brakes. I looked it up and I think it was manufactured in December of 1978. Here is a picture of the VIN plate.

So basically, if it's in excellent condition it should be worth as much as an American or Euro spec truck?

No, but it was a white/cream color. You can see a little of it in one of the pictures at the rear door sill where the green paint chipped off.

OK, thanks for letting me know, as I know almost nothing about Cruisers. The cruiser has been painted and tampered with, so it doesn't surprise me that it's upside down. It's going to be a long learning experience, but I am eager to learn all I can about them.
