So the cabin filter door appears to need fixing, because it doesn't open and close using the recirc button. It appears to be off center. But when the door is closed all the way, the AC light blinks and the AC doesn't work. So, I wonder if I have two problems going on here.

My 2008 Land Cruiser is saying Check Air Conditioner on the screen and is not cooling. I did the thing where you can hold down Auto and Re-Circ to pull the AC codes. It showed 45. I have searched the internet high and low and can't seem to find what that code means. Can somebody help me out...
