Yes agreed, thanks all. I reckon it’s going to be a tow truck to the mechanic as I also have no idea when it comes to lpg. It has to be a combination of issues as everyone has said they are as stumped as I am. A very unusual situation indeed.

I have no idea either, it has to be getting air and fuel… note the issue occurred with IAC valve on and off the throttle body.

SUA video Please note: the taco not working is a new thing only just happened this morning but you should be able to hear that it hits about 5 or 6k almost straight after ignition before I turn it off

Will try to post video. I forgot to add 1fz-fe with auto gas added. This issue occurs on both gas and petrol.

Pulling idle control valve and tps sees same issue persisting although I think maybe no iscv valve might be the same as having a wide open throttle (big hole on the side of the throttle body)

It does feel possessed! Time to start pulling the throttle body off to see what I can find

Not a diesel, cruise and throttle cable (connected at the pedal) are out of the vehicle. I’ll check the kick down cable, thanks.

Issue still occurs with no pedal (no throttle cable) it’s persistent and occurs every time the car starts
