Got a replacement ignition control module from DUI under warranty. It has silver color rings at the attachment points hopefully indicating a different batch from the gold ones that have a failure history.

@wngrog for the win! The guy that actually does the work is right again. A Standard LX301 module installed and the truck fired right up. AI had me ready to pull the Sniper and send it to Holley for a fried tach circuit repair. Thanks again for the help Nolen. You saved me a bunch of pain.
