I had a local guy clean up my original ECU but he wasn't able to test it. Didn't work. Ordered an ECU of a 94 Prado on eBay and it started right up!

This issue has been resolved. Problem was the ECU. Thank you!

Ahh one more interesting item. She's running great however it seems the throttle isn't as "crisp" at times and seems sluggish. Additionally the idle up button takes about 15 or so seconds to engage but when it does and I deselect it, my throttle feels more crisp than usual. Thoughts?

New ECU installed today and she fired right up. Thank you for all of your help!

I'm quite honestly not sure. Better off purchasing a new one. My thought process is the pump must not be receiving the proper power or control. I'm getting fuel up to the fuel pump but not to the injectors. Again, when power was hooked up to both solenoids they were receiving fuel. I will keep...

Thank you for the response. I forgot to leave out i did check the original ecu. There was leakage from the capacitors. I brought it to an individual who cleans them up but he had no way of testing it. It did not resolve the issue but I'm hoping a new ECU will be a better option.
