Hey Duc That release is definitely tight, it has always been that way. I ' had that slide for about 2.5 years,bought it new. I think you are on the right track with a piece of rubber to slide over it. Jacque

Lee is right about 2k for parts, but it also requires the least amount modification as far as T case options go.

Just my opinion, but I think lefty twin sticked with 4.7 gears will give you the most bang for your buck so to speak as far as off road capability, with no negatives for daily/highway driving. Jacque
