My winch won't free spool, so I need to open the gear box and clean out the coagulated oil and grease. But I noticed that the gear box side plate doesn't make a perfect seal with the gear box housing (i.e., gear oil leaks out). Shouldn't there be a gasket sandwiched between these two parts? If...
