OK. I took apart the TC body. The Throttle Control Motor does not seem to be working. After it was apart from the rest of the body, I plugged it into the car. It still made that buzzing noise and didnt move. Unless anyone thinks otherwise, I will be ordering a new control motor tonight. Thanks!

Hey all. My 2000 LC is acting up today. It will only run if I keep my foot on the pedal. When I pull off it will stall out. There is a buzzing noise coming from the throttle body. When I disconnect the wires to the TB, the buzzing stops. I have been searching the internet for the last 3 hours...

Thats good to hear. It is expensive to stay here in HH and I'd love to do this job myself. I cant express how grateful I am for this forum. Such quick replies saved me a tow and taxi amongst other things. I am going to try the trip back home unless otherwise advised.
