It 100% is a US spec poverty pack lol. Atleast in my book! No flares no sun roof is a poverty pack. Third slider dealer add on roof rack don’t really matter. I fully agree that PP is a spectrum in the states and for me the biggest thing is a cloth interior with no sun roof in my book is a USDM...

I think I just joined the club Link it is a 91 no sunroof cloth interior no flares. It will be getting a heart transplant though so the 3FE doesn't matter! It has rear sliding windows but those will get swapped out for solids soon. Biggest thing for me was no sunroof!!

She will end up being a poverty pack essentially. The biggest thing for me in the sunroof everything else can be added to be a poverty pack. I also have a set of quad headlights that this will get when the time comes around.

Oh man.. I have been looking for a "Poverty Pack" 80 series for over 4 years now. The biggest thing I wanted was no sunroof and no opportunity for leaks or rust as much as possible. I finally found for a 1991 FJ80 without a sunroof. It also was factory flawless which is nice. Interesting enough...

Coming back to this finally. Picked up a 91 FJ80 (going to start a thread on that... its a special one) but I will be taking the axles and stock steelies and swapping them with this one so I can run 15's on this 62. Figured out my situation with the transfer case a few weeks ago just didn't have...
