Thanks for the info. New cap done first time it happened. Crack tested twice although I do not know if it was mag tested. No water in the oil either.

Engine reco'd 243k, 253k started losing water to over-flow tank: Head off, planed, valves & injectors re-seated. Lasted 5 days before losing water again: Head off another test and over haul with new injectors and thickest head gasket: Lasted 3000k & doing it again. There is no oil in the water...
