Would like to install a fuel sock on my 82 FJ40, any recommendations /part # please? Rig is bucking at highway speeds so starting with the pickup line, new fuel filter, & manual fuel pump(since it's pretty old). Thanks to all!

Has anyone but me ever tried to rebuild the side mirrors on a 1982 FJ40? Mirrors in decent shape and the only thing that rusted out was the tensioner spring. Looking for that damn spring!! (plus I can save $) Anyone know where this spring can be found?

I'm also looking for this twist knob or suitable replacement. Any suggestions?

Hello to all that read my post. Just de-smogged my 82 FJ40. On final leg of installing vac lines and curious if I should delete the fuel de-cel vac switch on the driver side fender? Does the single wire just get attached to the nearest grounded source or wired back the the fuel solenoid power...
