As I approach 40, I now have the time to start the projects I've wanted to do since I was a kid.
Just moved back to the family farm to help run it with my douche bag brother.
Proud owner of an 76 HJ45 and, 67 FJ45 , a 75 series and a few other classics that aren't landcruisers. I never appreciated these old rigs when I was a kid, the HJ45 and the Valiant, my mates and I used to do some dumb s*** in them, had no respect for them. Kicking myself now.
I've started restoring the HJ45, we always use it dying harvest, as a breakdown vehicle and had a water tank on the back. It's my favourite rig.
I have no idea what I'm doing with the restore, but it's a great project to do with my dad, even when we get the s***s with each other
