Thanks wasn't sure if I had to wait until it's 100% 20 years old (e.g. Dec 31) as I can't find the specific date in Dec.

Looking at importing a 1HD-FT 80 series... the manufacture date (when looking it up online states 12th Month (Dec) 1995. Does anyone know if this is eligible in December or due to not the specific date I must wait until Jan 2021? or is there a location to get the specific date of build? thanks
