I think I got it! I traced the wiring from the switch and it turns out the dingus used wire nuts for all his connections. Took them off and did a solid stable connection and so far with testing I haven't had any issues

To restate it, the switch is disengaged therefore the systems are active and working and there's no lights on. In this state the lights will seemingly randomly come on and the systems are not working. This happens without moving the switch. And I have tested if it's just lights on but systems...
