Update, i found a single-owner 2020 with higher mileage but no leaks or mechanical issues. It took a little bit to find and had to drive 8 hours to get it, but overall worth it. thank you all for the input

went to the dealership with the bank check today. I checked the vehicle over again, verified that the car has a leaking cam tower and leaking at 1 drop per approximately 10 min. it was hard to turn away from the price, but for my use right now I need to buy a vehicle that's in better condition...
