1971 FJ55 “The Beast”
This truck has been dubbed “The Beast” for the simple fact that it is a monstrosity of a vehicle. Since I've been out of the military I've been able to put some time and money into this Rig. This will no longer be the case when I start paramedic school in January which is new development. Sadly this Pig will sit for at least two years with no money to put into it and little to no time to rip up some trails. So I might be taking offers on it.
I obviously know I can't get what I put into it but I'd rather hold on to it than let it go for silly cheap. Anybody have an idea what I could ask for it? Good news is that it just passed emissions and had complete brake change out for its awesome disc brakes. It is getting a brand new windshield and hood this week. -->The suspension shop working on it made a little mistake and forgot to latch down the hood before a test drive.
So the entire hood was creased in half. Thanks to another IH8mud member, I have a nice hood to install. Also a set of 4 Parnelli Jones Dirt Grip tires(same size as below) and unused 60” hi lift Jack will be thrown in with the Pig if the wife and I decide to sell or trade for more of a daily driver. *Again, if and might were the key words used on this posting*
