Under-seat tool box and spare tire carrier locks were options for early Land Cruisers. FJ25s and early FJ40s used 30mm HHH locks. Around 1966 U.S. market FJ40s and FJ45s started using 30mm Alpha tool box locks and 35mm Alpha tire carrier locks.
The correct Alpha locks have the size identified on the back as "30 m/m" and "35 m/m". Later versions do not have the m/m designation. Each lock comes in the original box with 3 keys. Either of these locks will also fit the large Toyota Motor TEQ tool box.
Even if you have an earlier rig, you may want to consider these Alpha locks since the HHH locks are hard to find and very expensive.
