This is a Blue Sea Systems Automatic Charging Relay I used for a dual battery setup I no longer have.
Automatically turns on to charge a second/house battery, then disconnects so you don't drain your starting battery. It has a switch so you can manually combine the batteries to jump your starter battery or get more juice for winching.
Comes with ACR unit, 2 switches and pre wired and labeled switch harness.
