i wanted to keep it as discreet as possible, its a 12000 lb.

i gained every inch of height i could so i cut the universal winch plate to fit inside the chassis ends, and then cut and welded on two pieces of angle iron.

painted and wax oiled up;

ive put the solenoids here for now, if i keep them there ill cut the plastic box they come in to tidy things up.

Very nice but how do you access the freespool handle?

Aren't 12k winches supposed to bolt forward not down? Or is that just for the Warns?

i can reach the freespool if i remove the right hand bumper vent. two screws, but so far i have just used the radio control.
