Here is what did on Sunday... yes, It did my own modified mounting... as I cared not to drill out like they say to... I had one in my other LX & had to have another. It is solid as I did it... used the oh-s*** handle mounts as you can see, cutting the attachment bar & re-drilling... and used the bolts for the 3rd row seat anchors... what you don't see are two other brackets under the carpet mounted to the cargo tie down bolts (that are in each corner). This is the 100 series barrier, fits on just fine if ya need to know!! Much more content now qirth all the crap I carry being better secured from passenger area in case of an accident/trail issue. I highly recommend such a barrier to everyone who carries anything of any weight in the back... worth every penny... I bought my last one @ nearly full price... but snagged this for about $240 shipped (thanks to a stellar mud deal!!!!

Nice clean install, do you have dogs or you did this as a protection from flying objects?
 
I have one of these and haven't found a great way to install it yet. Though
i do like they way you did yours.
