Heat shield plate? +HAC BVSV part #s?

I'm working my way through a desmog and upon taking the carb and a some other stuff off I found that piece of metal that sits between the manifold & the carb was rusted & broken in half. I think it's just a heat shield. Should I replace it? What's the part number?

I also need a HAC and the BVSV valve (that one that sits higher than the other) if anyone has the part numbers for those. The HAC had some ports glued shut and the BVSV has a nipple broke off. I'm going to remove & plug the lower one.

Since you didn't indicate BVSV color:

Pink: 90925-05046
Purple: 90925-05035

HAC: 25709-61010 (DISCONTINUED)

Wonder if someone is making an aftermarket HAC. I had Trollhole put high altitude jets in my carb..wonder if I can just do away with it...
