the rubber/plastic piece is broken on mine a 87 fj60 will it be ok or do i need to find away to fix it if so how

Cant fix, only replace. I dont think you have to worry about it if its just the rubber boot that you are talking about. If you have gas coming out of it, then you have an issue.

Does anyone know where you can buy the rubber boot for the slow cut valve pictured above?
