Carb part leaking gas on '84 FJ60 (1 Viewer)

I bought an 84 FJ60 and this part is located on the side of the carb down low and when you really give it the goose it kicks in and allows fuel to flow through it. The problem I'm having is the fuel is leaking up through the valve when it should be sealing it off.

Anyone have experience with one of these? It comes off with two screws and has a figure 8 rubber washer that seals most of it off, however the plunger goes up and down and whatever seals it off is worn out.

Is this a serviceable part? Or do you just have to buy a new one?

That's the secondary slow cut valve. It's non-serviceable

Toyota only part, list is ~$140!
