No. It can be done with minor mods tho.

That is interesting Mark. My 1970, for which I frequently have to refer to 1969 diagrams for "correct" parts, utilized a clamp from the air cleaner to the carburetor. Of course there is no way for me to know if this is OEM or not due to the age and no history of the vehicle but the top of the carburetor is very tall for allowing for clamping unlike later model carbs I have seen that would definitely require the stud in the center for securing the air cleaner lid.On that combo, I think the ones I've seen have used the 1969 air cleaner lid. It has the hole in the center of the carb end for the center stud, and a wider mouth on the underside.
I don't remember the specifics on that H41 any more, but I think I tore it down and sold off the gear set without repairing that one.
