Thanks guys! I dont have so many tools, the heavy machinery i got is a Mig and a Tig (AC DC). The lathe machine i borrow from a friend. And the parts is baught during many years, not all at once :)

Very nice work on the fenders - are you going to do similar on the rear?

Thanks!
Rear, yep i think so. We have som insane strict vehicle regulations in Norway so i must have fender flares in the rear to. Butt ill build them in the same style as the ones in front, use the same tubes.

But my first priority is to install the ARBs. I also use it alot, it is 100% functional as it is now. I just have to avoid the police :)

I also replaced my polyurethane body mounts on monday. I baught some rubber with 45 shore, alot softer- also a bit softer than the stock mounts. Sweet mother of God! The difference was huge. All the vibration and resonance from the frame just disappeared. Dont ever put polyurethane body mounts on your car.. :)

I know some polyurethane suspension bushes (eg. yellow Old Man Emu) are a lot softer than others so I would think the same must be true for body mounts Havard.

In other words, I think you should be able to buy softer polyurethane bushes too.

Cheers

Looking good.
Can't wait to see it with the ARB's installed.
Would you be interested in making copies of the tube fenders?

Jeg kunne godt køre en lille tur til Norge for at hente dem;)

Yeah, I can imagine that.
Well, maybe in a future very long winter I will get the time to make some myself;)

You must also make new aprons and modify everything that is attached to the fenders. Window washer tank , airfilter and so on. And of course if you want inner feders you must make that to. So it generates some extra work :)
