Carb linkage

Alright boys and girls.

I have a 76 40 with a 82 engine running a DOA Rochester carburetor.

I have procured me a JimC built carb for a 79 that has been desmoged.


My problem is the hillbilly that owned my 40 before me not only put a fine Rochester on a great 40 but removed all the linkage.

So 40 mudders what linkage do I need and where abouts can I procure said linkage.

Please help me sort out my mud puzzle.

There is also an Aussie piece that allows you to run a cable linkage on the later carbs. I bought one from JimC. That might be easier than sourcing the rod linkage....dunno.

I have a stock gas pedal (with throttle bracket) and the one bar that attaches to the gas pedal - if you need it PM me and we can probably work something out - They have recently been cleaned up and re-plated

I have #7 and #53

you will need 55, 52, 51, 50 and 67 (or any throttle spring)
