I am having this built by a local guy. I wasn't looking for any specific look, just wanted something different from all the ARB'd trucks (and smaller). I basically left it up to him. Here is where it was yesterday...should be done tomorrow.

Thanks

Is there going to be winch cradle?

Hopefully you get some tubework to protect the headlights and grille against bambi lol did that cost more than an ARB?

winch cradle will be integrated...the idea is for a hawse fairlead through the front skid (not shown in this pic)

I was kind of looking to get away from the ARB tube work up top. Cost is less than ARB, so far ;)

This is exactly what a 100 needs in order to take it to another level wheeling-wise. Shortne that front-end!

Now, somebody just needs to compliment the front by chopping the rear. Cut the frame and fab in a tiny rear bumper. Shorten that sucker! Carry the spare inside in a secured container.

(I know you already have a 4x4 Labs on the rear)

Nope...I want a 100 that is setup like this. The bumpers STOP at the body. This 80 is 1.5 feet shorter than an ARB front and Slee rear buildup. Allows you to do things others cannot. Chris is getting us there on his 100 (or so it looks like so far).

I saw you on 75th Ave last week in your bumperless glory. I would've waved but I'm sure the Sienna didn't attract any attention. Any updates yet?

Not going to be done until Saturday. Skids are taking a little longer than expected.

thats awesome, you told me through pm that you had to cut the frame of your hundy, can we get pics or details about what exactly was cut? more than just frame horns, im guessin

The bumper is on truck but not fully done. Still need to build winch plate behind skid and reinforce behind the skids. I really like the new approach angles. Probably be after Christmas until the rest of the bumper is done. For now, it is on truck and I like the different look (for 100 series bumper). Belly skid will probably be next on the build list.

The lowest hanging down point is the coolant reservoir (in front of driver front tire). Fabricator said that he could build an aluminum tank and relocate it. That will be another thing that will probably get done, early next year.

It's actually your windshield washer fluid.....not a big deal to make a smaller version.
