I was driving then all of a sudden my dash lit up like a christmas tree. ABS, VSC, the symbol when the car slips is on and the brake light all came on at the same time. I immediately pulled over and shut the engine off. When I restart it, everything was fine. I have a 02 LC with 57000 and nav. I recently bypassed the dvd lockout by cutting the parking brake and speed sensor wire. Will this have an adverse affect on the lights above? Or do I have a problem somewhere else. Funny thing is the A-Trac light never came on. Thanks for your help.

were you sliding? or just normal driving?

It was normal driving. The light would stay and not go off.

well all those lights come on when there is any problem with any system in the car. including a code for the cats, o2 sensor ect. id bring it to a shop and have them read the codes, and see what codes its throwing.

I thought only the CEL came on with those issues and the ABS light came on specific to ABS problems?

New to the ih8mud anyways I got a 2004 LX470 and the abs vsc trac vsc vgrs and brake light are all on and the windows sunroof and auto lights won’t work and it also won’t go out of park I’ve checked for blower fuses anything I can try before taking it to a shop I’d at least like to get the windows up

I had the same thing on my 2006 LX470. Took it to a couple different shops and explained the symptoms. They spent hours trying to chase wires thinking it could be a ground or mice and couldn't figure it out. Finally the last shop figured it out. It was a 10 amp fuse! Goes to show a systematic approach without prejudice is key. They said they would never have thought that a 10 amp fuse would have affected all four windows sunroof AHC, head unit display, and trans position sensor (not that the 10amp fuse controls all that but the current runs through it). Double/triple check ALL the fuses (there are three fuse boxes- engine bay, drivers side interior and passenger side behind glove box) I thought i had checked all but obviously missed one. Hope this helps someone in the future. Cheers
