through the years the only comparable that i had found are from the Mitsubishi jeeps .... j20 and such from the late 60ś?
I cant recall exactly but i think they were a tad smaller in diameter as well

PS. Late to the party, following (and enjoying) your epic Build thread!
Well, got the refurbished tank installed with a 40 sender unit. Redrilled/clocked to work with the original studs. The aftermarket tank straps work pretty well. Also got the factory battery box re-positioned. Today, I'm working on the...
Bummer! There is a local guy that has intact lenses on his early 40. I'll ask him if he ever sourced a set for his truck.
Lenses are really hard to reproduce it seems. DIY casting is iffy and 3D printing has UV stability issues.

Had a Great week in Stockton and Saturdays Valley Hybrids Truck Show and Swap Meet. @orangefj45 Georg and His Staff at Terrain Tamer and Valley Hybrids did an Awesome job setting everything up and Perry Farms for allowing the Event on their...
well "The King" aka Getty Family Connection Boy, aka Happy Hands.... is trying to eliminate our gasoline supply. They are also trying to tell us what tires we can buy. Soon we will have to travel out of state to purchase a set of tires (just like...
I’ll bite but I’ll tell you up front that I upgraded to PS quite a while ago and I’m no longer stock height. PS or manual, I think you have to have solid geometry up front or the tracking of the vehicle will suffer. Here are my thoughts in no...
