PDI in Australia if you want the best in my opinion, OEM second for a bolt in.
PDI is fast to ship and stand behind their products. We had a bad part from them once and they had a new part to me without question the next day.
Cheers
RockAuto has them for $389 + ship.
CSF 2708 81-90 LC. (needs small rad cap).
It's what I'd buy right now if I needed one. Or a OSC Rad, if they were available (Autozone can order from US Motorworks, the manufacturer).
This is the one I bought :

I had bad look with Mishimoto radiators. Bought it brand new, leaking or sipping coolant everywhere. I installed a brass one from rockauto since Dec/2025 . So far so good !
I finally had the chance to strip the donor 80. comparing it next to the 60 with the idea of leaving the frame as is ! My goal is to stretch the 60 rear wells (around 6”) giving me equal amount of space from CL of the axle to CL of the wells...
These axles came off of a 1983 BJ40. Axle code is K082. Rear is semi-float. If you're not in a hurry, I could get them shipped as well if you want to pay for shipping. $2,000
The kids first drive, she liked it.
Also installed a new fuel sender with Proffit's adapter and boat float gauge. Its nice to have a working fuel gauge.
Still working through the the speedometer issues. Its still fluctuating and the odometer...
Upper and lowers. Here in the states. No metal tariffs!
Please check your application. These would have been applicable for 2F engines from 1980-1987.
Buy them separately or buy them together: your call. I have two of each.
Uppers: $110...
And because I cant leave anything alone, while the seats were out I decided to experiment. The passenger seat was really close to the tuff box and sat a little too high. I decided to tear it apart to see if I could modify or graft it in to a...
Not much to update but drove to NC and back again for the ONSC Relic Run this year.. along with a convoy of all my other running LC’s driven by my employees
62 didn’t hiccup even once, and was basically the only vehicle on the whole trip...
The 1HD short block arrived a few weeks ago without any issues…..was really nervous about this purchase through Carmarka.
The 12 valve 1HD head also made its voyage nicely to the shop.
At the time, was able to sell 4 2F long blocks, including the...
Greetings,
I bought parts to turbo a 1HZ engine that is now sold, and these are now for sale. I have the factory 1HDT exhaust manifold (the two pieces), the connecting rings, exhaust gaskets, the Turbo crossover pipe, a brand new CT26 generic...
Dash install nuances. Love the Dakota Digital dash and am starting to navigate around it to make changes. I was successful at correcting my fuel gauge. Where I am struggling now is the speedometer is off by 4mph and it fluctuates and sometime...
Removed one leaf from each spring with the hopes of improving the shackle angle. Well, one thing is certain. I can do the whole job in under 1.5 hours. Of course nothing changed on the shackle angles. Hopefully the springs will settle in once I...
Have 3 of them, sharing the same part number 89542-60030, I think they are reversible (L &R) even though they have different part numbers. $100 each shipped conus
More poser pics. Had all three on our cul-de-sac while I was making room in the garage for the 4th one (parts truck). The last two pics are of the wife after driving from the cul-de-sac to the front of the garage. Her only complaint was about how...
Finished the Wolfbox rear view mirror. The second pic is a view while its in reverse, you can adjust the angles for the center line too. The last pic is of the power point plug (supplies power to the rear view mirror) and the ash tray cover I made.
New OE Dash pad installed, had to massage the holes a little as the Topnault tub was off just a smidge. Finished the DS jump seat too. Rolled the parts truck inside to start dismantling it.
Daniel, thanks for the compliment. It was great seeing you again and thanks again for the trans/transfer case. Let me know when your heading north again, I am just north of Albany. Looking forward to the 1HD adventure, very jealous.
