For the spare you may want to index it one bolt hole higher too. I used 1”x2” stock. My 33x 9.5x15’s were tall enough to interfere with the spare lock down lever.

Ah. I have converted to '76 FJ40 disc brakes in the front, but running my rebuilt drum brakes in the rear with a brake booster up front. I like your setup. Very clean and looks like it came from the factory that way.
I believe the Toyota bolts were M11x1.25, which are almost identical to UNF 7/16-20. Standards for class 2A/2B threads allow for looser fit, particularly over short thread engagements.
Others have pointed out that M11x1.25 bolts are not common...
