19' of boom wasn't enough given that the crane was staged on the high side of the slab. We had to abort the first lift and put the 8' jib on the crane. After that it was pretty easy to get the assembly in place. My son and BIL manned a tagline...
We've been starting and ending every day in the river. Split an hour on both ends and it makes life slightly better overall throughout the middle of the day.
