I bought a factory system that was made for a carbureted truck. Cut in a cat and installed O2 sensors. The main reason besides cost, is the exhaust travels over the frame.
Attached is the custom O2 bungs.
Had my first ride and testing the new brakes and holy S#1T!. I wasn't sure what to expect but honestly can't imagine it being any better.
Marrying the T100 MC to the J200 calipers works extremely well. Initially, light pedal pressure will...
I bought this hose for my HiPressure hose

Perfect fit and used Japanese hose. Only issue is they put the protective...
it was the vanes. the pump relies on centrifugal force to create pressure. It had pressure at the higher RPMs because there was higher centrifugal force than at idle.
Get a seal kit, clean everything up including the slots where the vanes go...
while this will decrease pedal effort and increase clamping force, it might also accelerate brake fade and warping of the rotors if used on the stock brake system
Brakes come down to generating heat and then shedding that heat. If this setup...
I installed a warn winch on my truck last year. The controller was a D plug with wireless ability. I wanted a smaller box and installed a non wireless controller with the same D plug. The cable that came with the wireless would not operate the...
I had this exact problem with a guys truck. dropped the pans, removed the connecting rod caps and pushed the pistons all the way up into the cylinders. Used some wet/dry emery cloth soaked with isopropyl alcohol and did my best to polish the...
Welding a hole shut is a patch. At some point you’ll have more problems. I’ve been doing that for years but it wasn’t a daily driver. Finally replaced the whole system.
I’m building another truck and counting on 2.5” of lift. The plan is 33” tires, short bus bumper and winch, sliders and No rear bumper.
Thinking that 2.5 will drop to just over 2.0
You might consider my 2.5” caster plates. They do require that plates to be stitched after install. But retain the factory bushings. If you line up a welder it’s no problem to cautiously drive the truck to his shop.
Not a big issue. You just need to focus! Get the two mating connectors, move the viable pins over to the new housings and then crimp new ends on the bad pins and install them.
I’ve got the tools and pins on hand.
