What is the diameter of J9-series front (door) speaker? Will 5 1/4" fit or even 6½"?

They are 6.5", rear too. I changed them to 6.5" component system.

I think so. Toyota part no. is same front and rear in K#J95:

Is it hard to access the rear speakers? How easy is it to fit new onces to the front? Bolt-on?

You have to remove rear plastic side panels before you get to access to the rear speakers. Quite easy, easy after you have done it once.

Front ones are from Biltema (you know because you are from Sweden). I put some spacers between them + some modifications to door panel ring (the spacer thickness off of it with knife).
