I have exactly the one you are looking for that came out of 93/94 Land Cruiser, complete and in good condition. Problem is, it is on the right coast and if you are willing to pay shipping then we can talk Pics available upon request.

I found one with the later style ends at a local yard for $50 in great condition, then a few minutes later found the correct one at a different yard, but they wanted $150. Go figure...
