United Four Wheel Drive Associations is happy to announce the 2nd Annual Wheel-in at Oak Ridge Estate in beautiful Nelson County, Virginia. To learn more about the 2009 Virginia Wheel-In Trail Ride, scheduled for March 12-14, 2009 visit the link below.

https://www.ufwda.org/memberapps/wheel_in_2008.php

We are planning lots of new things – trail riding options, great raffle prizes, free on-site camping, campfire & music Friday night, catered dinner and a band on Saturday night. We have new caterers this year and new t-shirt design. It promises to be a great time and I hope you can join us!!

Log on to our website at http://www.ufwda.org and register by December 31, 2008 and save $25 per member. Don't forget that non-members are welcome too so please pass the word along. The more members, the stronger and more united we'll be as an association!

What happened to the Texas Wheelin?

Actually Ted you weren't the only Cruiser there... Niner and I were there with our FJ Cruiser. Don't forget that the Trail Team was there also ;)

What are the trails like? How do they compare to Rausch Creek?

I wish I could tell you. I've never been to RC and have only seen a small part of ORE. Log in to the UFWDA site and see what they have to say; I'm sure somebody there has done both.

You could also email Tom Sumner at membership@ufwda.org, He's a memeber of VA4WDA and I'm sure he has been to both places and could give you some more insite. Also if you log on to UFWDA website as indicated above and post your question under the wheel-in thread someone with answer you, maybe, hopfully.

I meant LAND Cruiser. No dis to the FJs, they impressed me for sure. But, I still felt lonely:frown:

Ohhh....:hmm: don't tell me your one of those guys ;), I guess I'll let it go this time ;)
