This is the circuit:

I fit all of it into a water proof project box from Allied Electronics and have it mounted to the inside of the my 60's right-rear frame rail. It has a tap into the dedicated power wire that I install on my off road vehicles. I bonded relay sockets to the base of the box and hid all of the wiring underneath them. That way if a relay fails it is an easy R&R.

An important thing to note about this circuit, if both the brake light is on and the turn signal is on, that light will flash exactly out of sync with the vehicle's flashing light. With the brake lights off it will flash exactly in sync with the vehicle's flashing light.
The three circles along the bottom represent optional LEDs to indicate correct function.
