We still have a good number of customers running drive flanges on older Land Cruisers and the bulk majority of our 1990+ customers are utilizing drive flanges (as opposed to AISIN hubs). As mileages climb higher and higher the internal splines on the drive flange start to wear and you can get a "clunk" out of the drivetrain. Inspect and replace as need when doing a knuckle overhaul, wheel bearing service or CV axle job. These are also popular for our restoration customers.
