Your web application process (1 Viewer)

I've tried several times in the last year or so to apply for membership in your chapter, including twice tonight but the web-based application blows up with some error or other every time. All I care about is an associate membership; I live too far away to be interested in driving to meetings but I like to wheel (I'm already registered and paid for the Roundup - that registration process went smoothly). Any suggestions?

If there are any web type folks out there that want to take a crack at fixing it, that would be great. I've been trying to get that fixed for months.
