So I've been working my way through and trying to get everything buttoned down before heading to Moab and I've discovered two things. One, I have a loose hose on my PS reservoir, and two, the fluid is bright yellow. I was under the impression that this vehicle needs red dexron 3 for power steering, but I wanted to check in and see if I was worried about nothing since the fluid is clean as a whistle right now, or did the previous owner just dump whatever in there to fill'er up before selling?

Dang. This truck just keeps costing me money! I'd better get this steering fluid sorted before it costs me more money, lol.
Best to replace loose hose(s). I can also, re-clamp if weeping as a temp fix.
