Scan Gauge just arrived. Since it doesn't correct the speedo for larger tire size, can I use a Yellow Box at the same time to correct the shifting? Would the Yellow Box adjust the speedo and the Scan Guage would read the recalibration?

You can enter a speedometer correction factor into the Scan Gauge (that just affects the Scan Gauge display)
It depends where you install the Yellow Box.
If you insert it at the transfer case, it should correct the ECU, and everything downstream. If you insert it between the ECU, and the gauge cluster, it will only correct the speedometer/odometer.
