The afternoon I headed out for vacation (including the 2nd annual 200 series meet in Ouray) the rack, bumper and lift came in. So I ventured down to the shop to see if I should/could do the install myself. So I unboxed it, put it on top of the rack, ratchet strapped it down and headed home...

Three hours later it was done. Granted it would have been faster and way easier with a second set of hands, but it is possible to do it by yourself. Note this is the alloy rack, not the steel rack. Not sure how much heavier that one would have seemed by myself.

The next morning I loaded everyhing up (above) and headed out on two weeks of vacation with a planned 12 days on the road.

Here's a quick hack to keep a jerry can in one spot...
