One of my techs at work here is lifting his 4Runner and is looking to buy a used set of rear 80 series rear coil springs.

Let me know if you got a pair collecting dust in the garage. He's got some cash for ya!

Shelf, he has a whole corner!:hillbilly:

The trick will be determining which set are his, lots of them here, likely just give him Rich's or Jim's, they are on top of the pile! :hillbilly:

I'm guessing 2nd gen Runner? The Cruiser coils give a bunch of lift, (4" maybe?) more than he is thinking/wants? The LX coils work better for that application, slightly softer, slightly less lift. Also, stock size/spec '80 shocks work well, bolt right on and ride well. Have a set of old/used ones, if he wants to test fit that theory?

Yes it is a second Gen. I talked to him and he apprecaites your feedback and agrees the LX coils would be better for what he is looking for.

So.....you have a set of those in the stash? That would be great if you can pull those for BDawg instead.

FYI, he already has some Toyota Bilstein shocks, but thanks.

Yes, the cruiser coils give a 4" lift. Will definitely need a pan hard bar drop bracket, the awkward steering takes some getting used to...
