It says it is for the 2wd version. Will it work with the 4wd trans? tHE OUTPUT SHAFT DOES NEED TO BE REPLACED, CORRECT?

yup, that kit will work. you will need to replace the output shaft of the trans.
you will also need the new front driveline kit from AA to avoid clearance issues between the front driveline and the th700 transmission case and pan:
