Whatever you do, read the FAQ about replacing the radiator. If you don't and follow the factory method you will spend 4+ hours instead of 1 hour or so. The water pump should be fine, but change the fan clutch if it hasn't been. Finally, do a full coolant flush while you are doing the radiator replacement and fill with fresh coolant (Toyota Red, G-5, Green, whatever you use, but make sure you flush out all the old stuff first).
