Would a 05 gx470 long block work in a 06 Land Cruiser?

Unfortunately I had a mechanic miss time my LC and now I’m looking for a replacement. A local has one out of an 05 gx470 and I just want to verify everything will work. Thanks in advanced

I'm not a GX expert, but google tells me it used the VVTI engine, so it should be good. You will need to swap over the 100 series specific accessories.
