Hard to undertand some places. If they don't want your business, why put you on a hook and jack you around? Eventually word gets out that they treat customers like crap, that they're too big for your order and no longer need the little guy, and hopefully their bottom line suffers.

Like all companies, they were once small, and the owner built a business with each individual order. Now they're too big for their britches, and the owner is too distanced from the everyday workings of the company, when he should be checking back in to ensure every customer is treated like their order is the most important.

Sorry, guy. Hope you get your refund, but don't hold your breath waiting for an apology.
