For the 2002+ models, yes. Everything is included. Costs under $400.

Bought it in this condition from Copart. I might be able to get a new one from Amayama for $650 out the door.

I just bought one from Taiwan for half that. May have been a reject wheel that they covered, but it was very well done.

Look for the post in the "wheel restoration" or some such thread.
