The Woodbury CT Lions Club will hold their 42nd annual car show on Sun June 6th.

It would be nice to see some Toyota Land Cruisers there or just come to look at the cars and enjoy some food.

Besides thirty classes of cars for judging, this year’s expanded show will feature food trucks, offering pizza, grilled cheese and tomato soup, teriyaki grinders, hamburgers and hot dogs, egg sandwiches, and ice cream, and for the adults, craft beer. There will be live bands all day. Slot car racing, amusements, raffles and activities for children of all ages will be available.

Cars can begin to enter for judging at 8 a.m., with the first three hundred entries receiving a free dashboard plaque, with general admission beginning at 10 a.m. Admission price is $15 per car, $5 per walk-in, and children under ten, $1. Judging begins at noon, with trophies presented at 3 p.m. The event venue will remain open until 6 p.m.
