Holy crap!! On my supercharged 80 I’m always looking for a gas station when I hit 175 miles. 😳

And this is uncorrected for 35s so it’s closer to 190 miles 😳😳 Oh and this is on 93 octane for giggles 🤔

When my 80 was near stock weight I got as far as 175 miles at half tank, then 230 at 1/4 tank. All of which was on CA 87 gas, the good old days.
 
you're hitting the mountains now, that mpg will take a hit!

When my 80 was near stock weight I got as far as 175 miles at half tank, then 230 at 1/4 tank. All of which was on CA 87 gas, the good old days.

Mine is also on 35's with stock gearing... the fuel gauge acts just as described! :)
 
Hawt dang! -Well, so far so good then!

Nothing like an “uneventful” cross-country trip in a new-to-you rig!
